Momentum band size chart: five widths, one catalog, no shortcuts
Momentum, the Vancouver sports-watch brand run by St. Moritz Watch Corp., publishes a strap-width number on 60 of its product pages and a size guide on none of them: /pages/strap-guide and /pages/size-guide both return 404 [20]. The number is not in the product feed either, so this chart was built by rendering the product pages themselves: all 124 catalog entries pulled fresh, 60 carrying a full numeric spec block and 23 combined listings carrying labels only [1].
Scope, stated up front
The Momentum Shopify feed lists 210 products [1]. Of those, 124 are watches or watch-related entries whose pages were all rendered at build time; the rest are straps, bracelets, gift cards, tools and apparel whose widths describe the accessories themselves, not watch lugs. The watch-side pages fall into three classes. Sixty print a numeric DIMENSIONS block of the exact shape Case Diameter NNmm Case Height NNmm Lug Width NNmm Lug-to-Lug NNmm, and every width in the table below comes from one of those blocks. Twenty-three are combined listings that render the labels without the values server-side, because the numbers are filled in per variant by the store's scripts. Two models, the Deep 6 MK II and the Wayfinder II, have no numeric page anywhere and are covered separately below.

Five widths across one catalog: four pages at 14mm, three at 16mm, four at 18mm, twenty-five at 20mm and twenty-four at 22mm, with zero contradictions anywhere in the 60 numeric blocks [1]. Read the Case column carefully, because it is where every wrong answer comes from.
The case size does not decide the width
Most brands ladder the lug width up with the case. Momentum does not, and the three collisions are the whole reason a chart beats a rule of thumb. At 38mm the M-Ocean prints Case Diameter 38mm Case Height 11.5mm Lug Width 18mm Lug-to-Lug 45.5mm [5] while the Atlas Eclipse Solar prints Case Diameter 38mm Case Height 11.5mm Lug Width 20mm Lug-to-Lug 43mm [8]: same case, same height even, different widths. At 40mm the Lugano Automatic prints Case Diameter 40mm Case Height 11.20mm Lug Width 20mm Lug-to-Lug 46mm [10] while the Wayfinder II GMT prints Case Diameter 40mm Case Height 11mm Lug Width 22mm Lug-to-Lug 48mm [17]. At 42mm the Sea Quartz 30 prints Case Diameter 42mm Case Height 11.3mm Lug Width 20mm Lug-to-Lug 47mm [11] while the M20 Diver prints Case Diameter 42mm Case Height 13mm Lug Width 22mm Lug-to-Lug 50mm [14]. And the Smokejumper splits inside its own family: 38mm cases print Case Diameter 38mm Case Height 11.5mm Lug Width 20mm Lug-to-Lug 43.5mm [9] while 42mm cases print Case Diameter 42mm Case Height 11.5mm Lug Width 22mm Lug-to-Lug 50.5mm [9]. The smokejumper combined listing even names the split in its own variant titles, which read 38MM / Black Oceanflex Rubber and 42MM / Black Bramante Leather [21].
The combined listings, and why no number was taken from them
Twenty-three watch pages are combined listings, and they all render the same block: DIMENSIONS Case Diameter Case Height Lug Width Lug-to-Lug MATERIAL, labels with no values, because the numbers arrive per variant once the page's scripts run [22]. This chart refuses to read a width out of that block, in either direction. Instead, every combined family is attested by its own single-product siblings: the Sea Quartz 30 combined listing is covered by pages like the Sea Quartz 30 [42mm] that print the full block [11], the M20 combined listing by the M20 DSS Diver and M20 GMT pages [14], the Atlas [38mm] combined listing by the Atlas Eclipse Solar and Atlas Automatic pages [8], the Aquamatic combined listing by the three Aquamatic IV pages [15], and the Lugano combined listing by the three Lugano Automatic pages [10]. Two combined families needed adjudication rather than inheritance. The plain Aquamatic listing sells a previous-generation case with no numeric sibling, but the brand's own accessory listing M20 & Aquamatic IV Stainless Steel Bracelet [22mm] [23] welds the Aquamatic to the Aquamatic IV's 22mm. And the Wayfinder II is the GMT family itself: its variants are titled Black Ion GMT and White Full Lume GMT [21], matching the Wayfinder II GMT pages that print 22mm [17], and the brand's own Wayfinder Titanium Bracelet [22mm] [24] and the 22mm-only optional-band picker on the Wayfinder pages agree.
The M-Ocean: a real confusion surface, documented
The M-Ocean is the one model in the catalog where a buyer can get steered wrong twice. Its page prints Case Diameter 38mm Case Height 11.5mm Lug Width 18mm Lug-to-Lug 45.5mm [5], an 18mm lug on a 38mm case where stablemates run 20mm. The strap trade is known to oversize soft rubber straps onto narrow lugs, so before buying a 20mm strap for an M-Ocean, check two first-party facts. First, the optional-band picker on the M-Ocean's own page offers exactly five straps, splash-natural-rubber-18mm, oceanflex-strap-18mm, goma-natural-rubber-18mm, bramante-leather-18mm and micra-leather-18mm, every one of them 18mm [5]. Second, the brand's own bracelet for the model is listed as "Ocean" Steel Bracelet for Splash & M-Ocean models [18mm] [25]. The brand's current store, in its own SKUs, fits the M-Ocean at 18mm, and this chart will not smooth over the gap by printing 20mm.
The 22mm Hyper Rubber line on a 20mm watch
One variant title in the store deserves its own paragraph, because it is the kind of line a buyer screenshots and forwards. The Sea Quartz 30 combined listing, whose single-product pages all print Lug Width 20mm [11], carries a variant titled Steel / Black Dial / 22 MM HYPER RUBBER, BLACK [21]. That is a 22mm strap offered inside the picker of a 20mm-lug watch family, printed in capitals in the variant title. It is not a misprint of the lug width: the spec block on the same family's pages is unambiguous, and no page in the catalog prints 22mm for a Sea Quartz 30. Treat the variant title as the strap it names, not the width the watch takes, and buy 20mm.
Deep 6 MK II and Wayfinder II: attested by the brand's bracelets
Two models have no numeric product page at publication time: the Deep 6 MK II, whose combined listing renders labels only [22], and the Wayfinder II, whose listing does the same. Both are attested, not by a sibling, but by the brand's own accessory store: the listing Deep 6 MK II and Vision Black-Ion Stainless Steel Bracelet [22mm] [26] names the Deep 6 MK II and the width in one title, and the Wayfinder Titanium Bracelet [22mm] [24] does the same for the Wayfinder. A bracelet title is a part listing, one step weaker than a spec block, so both rows are marked as bracelet-attested rather than spec-attested. If Momentum publishes numeric pages for either model later, those pages govern.
What is not in this chart
The 86 accessories in the feed, straps and bracelets in every width from 14 to 22mm plus tools, gift cards, shirts and protection plans, are excluded: their widths describe the parts, not the watches. So are the taper figures, because Momentum's watch pages print none; a lug-to-lug value like the 52mm on the M50 block [19] is a length over the lugs, never a width, and nothing on this page uses it as one. And there is no price information on this page at all; widths are the only numbers carried over from the store.
Why no incumbent chart exists
Momentum publishes no size guide of its own: the store's pages index has no fitting page, and /pages/strap-guide and /pages/size-guide both return 404 [20]. Search for a third-party chart and the results are the brand's own product pages, single-model reviews, and lug-width fields for unrelated watches that happen to carry Momentum in their names. The watchbands.ai brand index, pulled fresh for this build with its Seiko, Citizen and Rolex controls firing across 193 brands, does not list Momentum at all [27]. Nobody, including Momentum, maps the models to the widths. This page does, from the brand's own rendered pages and part listings only.
How this chart was checked
At build time, 1 October 2026, the collections/watches feed was pulled fresh at 60 products and the full products feed at 210 [1]; neither contains a single lug-width value for any watch, which is why the pages had to be rendered. All 124 watch-side product pages were then pulled with a browser user agent and an en-US locale pinned on every request, and the DIMENSIONS block on each was parsed and cross-checked. Sixty pages yield a numeric block, and the histogram is four at 14mm, three at 16mm, four at 18mm, twenty-five at 20mm and twenty-four at 22mm, recomputed from the parsed table and not counted by eye. Twenty-three combined listings were confirmed labels-only server-side and no width for any family was taken from one. Every quotation on this page was machine-matched as a contiguous run against the bytes it was pulled from. No width was taken from a lug-to-lug figure, an accessory size, or the nearest round number, and the two models without numeric pages are disclosed as bracelet-attested rather than smoothed into a family row. For the brand universe around it, the watch band size chart carries Momentum beside every other brand charted here, and the lug width chart by brand holds the expanded per-brand table.
