About WristFit
WristFit is an independent watch sizing reference: a fit calculator, size charts, and a measured database of popular watches. It is a one-person publishing project, built and maintained by a single operator. It is not affiliated with any watch brand, dealer, or retailer.
Why it exists
The information you need to answer "will this watch fit me" is scattered. Brands advertise case diameter but often bury or omit lug-to-lug, the number that actually decides fit. Retailer listings contradict each other. Forum threads have the answer on page four, from someone who caliper-measured their own watch. This site puts the numbers in one place, with the reasoning behind them, so the answer takes minutes instead of an evening of searching.
How the tables are made
- Start with the manufacturer. Official product pages and spec sheets are the first source for every dimension.
- Cross-check before publishing. Each figure is checked against at least two independent sources: a second manufacturer document, a retailer listing, or a review outlet that measures watches. A number goes into the database only after the sources agree.
- Show disagreements instead of hiding them. Where published sources conflict, the page says so and explains the difference, the way the smartwatch fit ranges print each maker's own numbers side by side.
- Label estimates as estimates. The calculator's wrist-width-from-circumference conversion is a calibration against published sizing charts, and the calculator page says exactly that. Where a value is derived rather than measured, the page tells you.
What this site is not
It is not a watch dealer or reseller, no brand pays for placement, and there is no claim of professional watchmaking or trade credentials behind it. What backs these tables is the sourcing method described above, not a résumé. When a figure is wrong, it gets fixed and the correction is noted.
