MING band size chart: all 74 references tabled verbatim, 20mm on 57 of them, 22mm on 10

MING publishes its dimensions the inconvenient way: not in a chart but inside the body copy of 95 product pages on ming.watch, one sentence at a time. This chart reads every one of those pages fresh at build time and tables what they print, word for word. The headline numbers: 57 of the 74 watch references take a 20mm strap, 10 take 22mm, and 7 print no width at all [96]. The brand says it in three different sentence shapes, and the one a strap buyer usually needs is the plainest: 100m (260m) water resistance 20mm lug width, printed verbatim on the 37.02 Ghost [47], and Case 38mm diameter, 11mm thickness, 44.5mm lug-to-lug right above it, so case length and width come from the same source [47].

Quick answer: a 20mm strap for every 17, 18, 19, 22, 27, 37, 57 series MING, the LW.01 and Project 21. A 22mm strap for the 20-series chronographs and the whole 29-series. The third-party 19mm claim for 17-series dress models is contradicted by MING's own pages, which print 20x18mm straps on every 17-series reference; details below.

Three sentence shapes, one answer each

MING never built a spec table, so the width arrives in prose, and the phrasing depends on the generation. The current generations state it directly: the 37-series prints 100m (260m) water resistance 20mm lug width on the Ghost [47], the 27.02 Ultra Thin prints 50m water resistance 20mm lug width [42], and the 20-series and 29-series print the same sentence with 22mm substituted, as on the 20.01 Mosaic and the 29.01 Midnight [44]. The 17-series mostly skips the lug-width label and specifies the shipped straps instead: 20x18mm curved fitting, with quick release pins at lug end on the 17.01 [5], 20x18mm, quick release with curved fitting on the 17.03 BB Edition and both Massena Lab 17.09s [7][89]. A few references put the width on the bracelet instead: the 17.03 GMT line reads 20mm lug width with quick release mechanism for easy fitting [9]. All three shapes land on the same 20mm.

The 19mm claim, reconciled per reference

Search for a MING lug width and you will meet a repeated third-party claim: 19mm on the dress-oriented 17-series models. We pulled all 15 first-party 17-series product pages before writing this row, and the claim does not survive any of them. The 17.01 ships 20x18mm curved fitting, with quick release pins at lug end straps [5]; all four 17.06 pages print 20x18mm straps or 20x18mm strap, handmade by Jean Rousseau Paris [15]; the 17.09 and both Massena Lab editions print 20x18mm, quick release with curved fitting [16]; and the 17.03 GMT bracelet states 20mm lug width outright [9]. The 17.03 case even invites standard straps: its page describes lugs compatible with standard 20mm aftermarket straps [7]. Where the 19mm figure came from we cannot verify; what we can verify is that no 17-series product page on ming.watch prints it. Our call, stated openly: 20mm, per the brand's own pages, on every 17-series reference.

Lug-to-lug: the number that actually sizes a MING

MING cases are compact (35 to 41.5mm) but the brand publishes case length only on some generations, and it matters more than diameter on these sculpted-lug designs. The 17-series prints 43.9mm lug to lug measurement, with 38mm diameter and 10mm thickness on the 17.06 [14]. The 37-series prints 44.5mm lug-to-lug against the same 38mm case (37.02 Ghost, 37.07, 37.09 Bluefin at 12.8mm thick), with two precise outliers: 44.7mm on the 37.05 Moonphase and 44.73mm lug-to-lug on the pewter-dialed 37.06 Royal Selangor [55][58]. The 40mm fifth-generation cases run longest: 47.8mm lug-to-lug on the 57.04 Iris and 57.05 Comet [70]. The 18.01 pairs a 40mm case with 46mm lug to lug and 12.9 to 13.8mm thickness on the H41 and Abyss Concept [20][19]. The 20-series and 29-series print no case-length line at all: their 41.5mm and 40mm diameters are on the page, the length is not, and we leave those cells empty rather than estimating.

The seven references that print no width

Not gaps in our pull; absences on the brand's own pages. The 18.01 6.39 Concept and 20.01 S1 Concept are concept pieces whose bodies carry no width line. The 19.CR Monopusher sold out before its page grew a specification block. The 56.00 Starfield has an integrated bracelet with toolless sizing, so there is no strap to size. The three x OuJ collaborations (Celestial I and III, Simpleton) print none either. The table below lists each one honestly:

Factory straps, bracelets and accessories

MING sells the strap ecosystem separately, and 19 of the 95 product pages are straps, bracelets or accessories rather than watches. The strap ecosystem splits cleanly in two. FKM rubber straps: an FKM rubber strap designed to fit all MING watches with either 20mm or 22mm lug widths, in seven colors from Black to White, quick release with curved spring bars [75][76][77][78][79][80][81]. Titanium mesh and bracelets: the Polymesh ships with Curved end quick release 20mm springbars in curved and straight cuts [84][85]; the 20mm titanium bracelet specifies 20mm end links, 18mm double folding clasp [2], with the original steel 20mm Universal Bracelet still listed alongside it [1]; the AHA tantalum bracelet is available in a 20mm curved end to fit tantalum watches [4]. The one accessory page that matters to watch buyers: every Odyssey SKU prints 300m water resistance 20mm lug width 42.5g head weight in a single line, dimensions and weight together [68]. And the 22mm Universal Bracelet page states both its taper (The bracelet now tapers to 18mm at the clasp end.) and its fitment: designed to pair with the 20-series, 29-series and future MINGs with a 22mm lug width [3]. The travel case and the brand's 282-page book round out the 95 pages and carry no watch dimensions [87][95].

What this page is and is not

Every dimension above is a contiguous quote from a rendered ming.watch product page, pulled fresh at build time: tag-stripped, entities decoded (the 29.01 page carries a literal   entity between the water-resistance figure and its width line), whitespace collapsed, nothing re-measured or re-parsed [96]. The census is exact: 95 featured-product pages in the sitemap, 95 on the rendered collections page, the same 95 both ways, of which 74 are watch references [96]. No prices are printed because MING prints CHF-only figures and most references are sold-out archives. No consolidated MING lug-width chart exists on the brand's site or, at build time, anywhere else we could find: Delugs runs a nine-page strap finder with lug width only [98], Smartlet's guide is an Apple-Watch adapter piece that carries the 19mm error [97], watchbands.ai's 189-brand index has no MING entry [99], and watchfittool.com/watches/ming remains a 404 [100]. WristFit is an independent reference, not affiliated with MING.
